Many member disorders could benefit from a consistent, available scientific officer, but they do not have the workload, or the funding to support a dedicated position within their organization. The Brain Trust scientific staff of COMBINEDBrain has gradually been developing expertise in each of the member disorders, as well as over the field of drug development for rare genetic neurodevelopmental disorders in general.

Meet The Brain Trust
The mission of COMBINEDBrain is to work on cross-disorder projects, but our members also have individual projects that require scientific expertise. To harness the expertise of the Brain Trust, our members are invited to request bids for long-term, part-time science officer commitment, or short-term project-related work for their individual disorders. Organizations can contract with individual scientists through COMBINEDBrain, or with the Brain Trust as a team.
