Use this option if your team’s Bundle Coordinator has already added you to their COMBINEDBrain team. Enter the same email address your coordinator used to create your account. You will receive an email to set your password. No application or payment is required.
Email not recognized? Your Bundle Coordinator must add you to your team’s COMBINEDBrain account before you can activate your login. Contact your Bundle Coordinator and confirm which email address they used. Do not submit a new organization application.
