1. Ask the participant to blow their nose to clear nasal passages.
2. Insert the swab into one nostril and rotate along the inside of the nostril 10 times.
3. Immediately place the swab into the collection tube.
4. Snap off the excess handle and close the screw cap securely.
5. Repeat using a second swab in the same or opposite nostril.
6. Place filled collection tubes on dry ice immediately or stored at room temperature for up to 2 days before freezing.

1. Collect at least 3 mL of urine in the collection cup.
2. Aliquot urine into three 1000 µL cryovials.
3. Freeze samples immediately on dry ice.

1. Collect whole blood in a labeled 3 mL EDTA tube.
2. Aliquot whole blood into cryovials in 1000 µL aliquots.
3. Place cryovials immediately on dry ice.

Samples should be processed within 60 minutes of collection.

1. Collect blood into a 10 mL EDTA tube.
2. Invert the filled EDTA tube 5–8 times after collection.
3. Centrifuge tubes at 3000 rpm for 10 minutes at room temperature.
4. Aliquot plasma as follows:
   • 2 × 250 µL aliquots labeled PLASMA 250
   • Remaining plasma into 500 µL aliquots labeled PLASMA 500
5. Place cryovials on dry ice immediately after aliquoting.

Samples should be processed within 60 minutes of collection.

1. Collect blood into a 6 mL SST tube tube.
2. Invert the tube 5–8 times after collection.
3. Allow the tube to sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes until clotting occurs.
4. Centrifuge at 3000 rpm for 10 minutes at room temperature.
5. Aliquot serum into:
   • 2 × 250 µL aliquots labeled SERUM 250
   • Remaining serum into 500 µL aliquots labeled SERUM 500
6. Place cryovials immediately on dry ice.
